Refund policy

All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after an order has been processed.

Natural crystals have been nurtured on the Earth for millions of years and each crystal is unique and has its own energy and character. They are shaped by mother nature and it is normal for them to have natural imperfections. Some of our crystals have been polished and may have slight imperfections or nicks as a result of this and some are naturally fragile in terms of its texture, hardness or be susceptible to flaking. We try our best to show the imperfections of each crystal and stone in our photos and suggest that customers carefully consider the product when making their purchase decision. If required we can also take videos to show the crystal and send to you via WhatsApp or email. *In case of cancellation of an order initiated by Home Stone Peace, we will provide a refund to our customers. If the customer agrees, we can also arrange to replace the cancelled item with an item of equivalent value or higher.  For items with a higher value the price difference will need to be paid.

天然水晶經億年於地球孕育而成，每一顆都有其獨特紋理和硬度，水晶會有機會出現氣泡、棉絮、共生礦物、輕微裂痕、缺礦，碎片，而易碎本質的水晶經工匠打磨後亦有機會出現少量裂痕，我們會盡力於圖片顯示水晶的每一面和不完美的地方，請客人於購買前小心考慮。

*如果訂單是由HSP提出所取消，HSP會安排退款給客人，或如客人同意，我們亦可安排更換同等價值的貨品。更高價值的貨品，客人需補回差價。
