How to enjoy complimentary local delivery service?
Free shipping to locations in Hong Kong and Macau will be offered for purchase orders that are equivalent to HKD500 or above.
For a purchase order that is less than HKD500, shipping charges will be applied based on location during checkout of your items.
Home Stone Peace uses SF Express for deliveries within Hong Kong and Macau. Customers may also have the option to pickup their goods at designated pick up points identified by the courier.

Do we ship internationally?
Yes.
Free shipping is offered to the following international locations.
Taiwan - For purchases equivalent to 800HKD or above. (equivalent to ~3200TWD)
Japan - For purchases equivalent to 2000HKD or above (equivalent to ~36,000YEN).
Singapore - For purchases equivalent to 2000HKD or above (equivalent to ~340SGD).
Standard shipping costs will apply depending on the location and this will be added during the checkout of your items.
Remarks: If you would like to ship to a location that is not listed above please contact us for further arrangement.
All international customers will be responsible for any Customs and VAT fees (if applicable). This is subject to your delivery location. If your delivery location is subject to any of these fees please ensure you are aware. Generally for countries that impose Customs or VAT fees these will need to be paid In order to collect your ordered products. The amount of fees also varies from country to country. Check with your local customs in your country to see if these fees apply.
For deliveries to remote locations that are not easily accessible there may be additional fees charged.
All fees are settled in Hong Kong dollars. The exchange rate to Hong Kong dollar will be subject to the exchange rate at time of purchase.

How long will it take to receive my purchase order?
This will depend on where your orders are being shipped to.
All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after confirmation of payment.
Local Delivery - We use SF Express for local delivery, it usually takes 1-3 business days for your products to arrive.
International Shipping - For International orders, we ship either by SF Express or Hongkong Post and it generally takes 7-16 business days to arrive.
Please note that public holidays are not included in the calculation.
Tracking - Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email and once an order has been shipped you will receive the parcel tracking number either by email or SMS.

Please note that under certain circumstances shipment times may vary due to certain weather conditions or special arrangements announced by the courier. We will inform our customers if shipment circumstances change.
Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery and contact details. If you redirect or change your delivery address after your parcel has been dispatched an additional fee will be charged by the courier on delivery.
